$410 per night or $2,800 per week for half of the double house
$630 per night or $4,400 per week for whole double house

$270 per night or $1,800 per week for half of the double house

R.V. Hookup:
$25.00 per night (Plenty of camping space available on the grounds)
Extra guests:
$70.00 per week per person
Cleaning Fee:
$200.00 for 1-2 night stays
Reservations:
25% deposit, 45 days prior remaining owed.
Reservations must be made by person 25 or older with C.C., checks are welcome at least 9 days prior.
Security deposit:
$500 - completely refundable.
Cancellations:
Under 45 days notice (90 days in season). If verbal agreement was reached and we rejected other bookings , only security deposit refunded unless we are able to rebook the house.
10% bed tax charged by the city, not included in price.
