$25.00 per night (Plenty of camping space available on the grounds)
Extra guests:
$70.00 per week per person
Cleaning Fee:
$200.00 for 1-2 night stays
Reservations:
25% deposit, 90 days prior remaining owed.
Reservations must be made by person 25 or older with C.C., checks are welcome at least 9 days prior.
Security deposit:
$500 - completely refundable.
Cancellations:
Due to past problems and missed opportunities, only the security deposit will be refunded; the remaining 25% will be refunded only when and if we are able to rebook the house.
10% bed tax charged by the city, not included in price.
